Who we are

JAUSAS is a law firm that was founded in 1965. There are presently 80 professionals working for it in its Madrid and Barcelona offices. The Firm is specialized in giving multidisciplinary advice to both national and international clients. JAUSAS offers comprehensive legal aid to the businesses affected by the REACH normative and especially, as regards the members of every SIEF, in the following areas of action:

COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE ADVICE

	Planning, designing and setting up commercial companies and especially TEMPORARY UNION COMPANIES as the ideal solution for the businesses affected and for their incorporation into a SIEF; drafting of statutes or agreements that are to rule the functioning of the UTE-Temporary Union Company
	Advising and handling of negotiations for the preparation of the deeds to set up the UTE and putting these on record
	Securing the NIE for the non-resident members of the UTE. Applying for the issuance of a Fiscal Identity Code and its registration at the Special Registry of the Temporary Union Companies of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Handling of the registration of the UTE for the Commercial Activity Tax and for all other required taxes
	Advising the UTE Business Manager and with regard to the responsibilities of its members. Administering the organs of the UTE/Temporary Business. Drawing up the agreements and corresponding certificates and putting them on record
