Sharing and distributing data within SIEF groups requires that industry needs to have the administrative and human resources available to perform the corresponding tasks. However, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) haven’t made any provision for such a scenario. With just one work platform having been created that facilitates the distribution of data, created by the larger companies belonging to the CEFIC. Although this is a positive initiative, it´s a highly expensive and unrealistic option for small and medium sized companies (SMEs), whose budget is somewhat more limited.
AKF Teamwork offers an alternative platform which provides a complete administrative service for the collaborative tasks within pre-SIEF groups.
